RecommendedThe customer service is excellent from Compass Resorts. I stayed in silver towers and the unit I was in was 705E and I will not stay in that particular unit again because of the sub par utensils and pots and pans. It looked as if they went to a garage sale and made a purchase and that’s being kind. The living room furniture were OK but appeared more worn than it should for what I paid to stay there. I will visit again but not that unit.
Great customer service, clean well kept condo. We stayed in the St. Croix building #1204 awesome view of the ocean and resort.
Very nice condo, people were great to work with for logistics. Only one concern, the pictures of our condo on line showed a beach and ocean view out of the central room area and it was not.
Compass Resorts, Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful condo in the perfect location, right on the beach!
Most disappointing to spend the amount of money we are spending on a condo and the coffee maker doesn’t even work. The management on site had a response of that’s the owner’s problem!!! We paid compass resorts and to get a response like that is absolutely absurd. She will “put a work order in.” Stay away if you can.
We try to come to Destin at least two times a year and Silver Beach Towers is where we always try to stay. We love the extra nice condo, as well as the semi private elevators, we also love the underground parking. A lot of the condos have these nice things, but Silver Beach Towers also has the best beach service that I have ever found. Keith, Bodi, and Zach do everything in their power to make our beach visit amazing.
Easy check in/check out! Beautiful resort! Absolutely loved our garage access to semiprivate elevator! We had a great experience!
Our family of 6 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler had a great stay in unit 1606W in Silver Beach Towers, Destin, Florida. The floor plan is perfect with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The condo is right on the beach and also has 2 very nice pools. Adequate parking and easy access to Hwy-98 thanks to a traffic light right in front of the condo. Compass Resorts made the whole experience of checking in and out very easy. We are looking forward to renting the same unit again next year for our annual family vacation.
We have used them a couple of times and been very satisfied with our rentals
