RecommendedI have had only positive experiences with this office and I absolutely love Heather Losee NP and Dr. Marcy Hersh. They both take time to really listen to you in the office and will take the time to call you at home if necessary.

7 or 8 years of being a patient of Beth Cerces she decided that my palpable cancer did not matter to her and my life did not mean enough to her to have the lump checked. She ignored me for over 2 years while the lump grew and infiltrated my lymph nodes. I pointed out the lump to Beth and this poor excuse for a dr. palpated the lump told me that I was crazy and to ignore it and not to bother her. Had to schedule a procedure with radiology, central booking calls "sets up the appointment" then I go for my appointment and I don't have one. The receptionist did her best to help, but now I've had to rearrange my life, fast, and find extra child care.
