RecommendedI love Compass Medical Middleborough. I belong to compass medical taunton, but we moved a few years ago and its a pain to go there for sick visits. I have taken all three of my kids to the Urgent Care, as well as myself for respiratory, GI, staph infection, elbow pain. Wait time is always less than 20 minutes, we have all been treated appropriately, they call us to follow up on our conditions. I can’t believe what I experienced today. If I don’t hear back, I’m filing with the BBB. Business office staff huffing and puffing while they were billing 2 insurance policies at once in error because they didn’t unlink one? I’m the one with a letter in the mail from an insurance company saying that they won’t pay because coverage ended over a year ago. I get it’s an error, but I have a right to ask questions on why I have 2 companies being billed at same time. A response of don’t worry, you’re not paying, is not appropriate... read more
