Once again another negative experience here. I don’t know why I bothered trying again. I walked in cautiously optimistic. Guess I knew better.
This place only cares about the money. They never call you back about important results and I was literally told by billing if I didn't want to be charged for my Annual Physical to just answer that everything is all right or dont say anything...which what is the point of even going?
I have called 4 different times over the last 3 year to get a sick appointment for myself and every time I have called they have told me “no sick appointments for the rest of the week”. This is bad patient care and if they are so swamped maybe they stop taking referrals.

I made an appointment to see Carolyn Mudd over a month ago. I was told when I went in today for my appointment that it had been canceled. The receptionist asked if anyone contacted me to let me know. I don’t understand how an appointment can be canceled and not rescheduled without the patients consent. Very disappointed and have to change my schedule now so she can see me again next week.
They cancel my appointments last minute all the time. My doctor is great there but I can never see her. I just had an appointment cancelled only 2 hours before I was suppose to go. Ridiculous and unprofessional
treat people instead of telling them to take over the counter meds. stop taking my co pay telling me to come back in a week.
