I placed an order on December 16th. I agreed to pay an overpriced shipping fee in order to have your product delivered in time to give as a gift on Christmas. It is now Christmas Eve (8 days later) and my order isn't even shipped yet. Not only that, the e-mails I sent regarding the delay were ignored. You had time to send me an e-mail advertisement though. Thanks a lot.
