I placed three orders for each of my children for Easter. Two orders arrived when expected and were well received. The last order never made it by Easter and in fact was not delivered until this morning. I sent several emails expecting a response and a credit at the very least for the shipping. I ordered the 20 pc Jonathan's Signature Truffles online for Valentine's Day. Very easy to order, and no complications. I ordered on a late Saturday afternoon (right before V-Day) and received them late Thursday morning! They did say it would take longer due to many orders being placed for the holidays, but I feel it didn't take very long to arrive. There was an ice pack, and nothing was melted. They are beautiful chocolates! They tasted very fresh, and definitely the best truffles I ever had. :}
Just had a Salty Malty.....it's spectacular! It hit all the right notes: sweet, creamy, crunchy, and salty. Yum!
Oh my goodness! Their chocolate is fantastic and their customer service for online orders is the greatest! I am in the Kansas City, MO area and I ordered chocolate bars and when we received them they were melted despite they hard effort to keep them cold with ice packs. I emailed customer service and they (UPS One-day air) shipped them back out with no questions asked. The issue was the heat wave that Los Angeles had and it was no one's fault. The only word i can use is sensational. LA cool to the max. Shipped to Australia and arrived in perfect condition, beautifully wrapped and protected. The flavours we have tried so far are amazing and take chocolate to a completely different level. Thank you for looking after us so well.
