Everything was good until I started asking about charges added to my bill that Made it about 160 dollars more then my original estimate.. the women who was the owner didn’t like that and told me to be quiet and stop talking so she could explain when I responded with I’m trying to explain why I was questioning the charges so we are on the same page. I was told I was being aggressive when I ask if I cld just have the information on my animal and leave I was told how many extra things were done and that should have been charged... read more
I highly recommend Companion Animal Hospital. Our bichon was neutered a couple of weeks ago and they checked with us the next day to see how he was doing. They also don't mind answering any questions you have during your pet's recovery. Very caring staff. Thank you Dr. Caldwell.
This was the first time I visited Companion Animal Hospital and I was pleased to see how carefully they observed the COVID safety procedures. Everyone was very friendly, and I quickly got a follow-up call from the vet with a detailed report on my dog, who was much better within a day. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The staff there take care of my pets as if they were their own. My dogs actually get excited for a visit there. You wont find a better vet or professional staff in Knoxville.
They are always so compassionate and caring for Bo.
The staff is so friendly and helpful!! They quickly put this first time “puppy mom” at ease! They are always willing and patient to answer all of my questions!!!! So thankful for Dr. Caldwell and her staff!!!!!!
