Extremely disappointed, not with the care but with the price tag and dishonesty. When I scheduled an appt for surgery for my cats I was quoted $170-185 per cat which included exam, surgery, meds and all. When I arrived to check them in I was told $375 per cat. The lady worked the figures and got it down to $247 per cat. The following day when I picked them up I was told $658 total due to needing more meds. I want to thank Animal Companion Hospital in the wonderful care of my Yorkie, Brandy this last week. She apparently ingested something that her body did not like. She was one sick little girl. When I took her in they immediately sprang into action and by the next day she was good as new!! Brandy and I say "Love this place"!!
The only thing I had an issue with yesterday was I had an appointment, well I called to get my female dog in, they said they had a canceled appointment at 4:45 pm I said okay, we'll be there. So we got stuck waiting for a train to go threw town, so I called at 5 till said we will be there in a min. All was fine, we had the appointment, but when I got home and looked at the bill it said I was charged for an emergceny appointment $10.00 more. My bill was over $200.00 as it was.
