This clinic is the absolute worst clinic I have ever experienced. They hardly answer the phone and whenever they do and we need to make an appointment they never can fit us in and it seems to be that none of their doctors are ever working which is also a reason why we can’t get an appointment. How does this clinic even function if there’s no doctors in the building. Brought my chihuahua to you with a dislocated leg doc wrapped it up and told me to bring him back in a week to check bandages, was supposed to wear for 6 weeks. The other lady took his bandages off during the week checkup and he died of sepsis a week later, I think the doctors need a little more communication or the staff needs to write down what the check up is for. My parents used this vet office for years without one incident, not sure what happened to it. I now use Mayo Town and Country it is worth the ride.
We are going through so much having a toddler with cancer and each and every singe person we have met at companion has shown us an incredible amount of empathy! I cannot even imagine where I would be with my fur babies right now if I hadn’t have found Companion!!!! They are have truly saved our family and unexpectedly allowed us to grow too.
