The staff and Dr Dawn Todd were amazing. They were so great at communicating and teaching us how to syringe feed our bunny. We were very satisfied with Ollie’s care. They called the next day to check how he was doing too. Thank you for saving our bunny and answering all our questions.
Untrue statements were made offering cost-effective planning and working with insurance by Chris Casey, DVM. No one can offer these services without prior authorization for the Business Manager (who never contacted us after leaving messages with the staff). Poor customer service by staff (with the exception of Joan and overnight staff) conducting tests without consent, poor communication among staff, incorrect information, and hard sell tactics really hurt us. Went in on a Sunday for a barfing puppy. Good explanation of treatment options, kind staff.
I first came to love them through the after hours services. They were amazing every time I had to bring in Oscar as cancer took over . It was multiple times in a few weeks before I understood and accepted. I switched over to them a year ago and my very extra special (high maintenance ) girl Coco B and Dash have received such comprehensive, intelligent and client centered care from every single vet and tech and desk/ admin. I highly recommend 🧡

The kindest, most caring people in the middle of the night. They not only gave excellent care to our cat, but to her distraught owners, too.
The entire staff was friendly, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Christie was the best possible vet tech we could have gotten, since she owns a snake also. Thanks to all the people who recommended Como Park for their experience with exotic pets and the 24/7 urgent Care.
I will never come here or reccomend you guys again. HOPE I'm treated with ALOT more empathy when I pick up my KITTEN'S ashes....
