This was the only clinic that could see us, when my bird suddenly couldn't move his legs. I should've brought him in to Oakdale Emergency Clinic, to do tests (even though Oakdale is much more expensive). I brought him into the urgent care center, and they were busy but said they might be able to see him. They put him in an "incubator" (heated to 80°) and took his vitals. Hours later a vet came out and said "his legs don't appear to be moving, so he has paralysis or paresis". Like yes, that's why I brought him in. They said i... read more

Took my boy on Tuesday for a swollen foot was told the wait time could be 1-2 hours... I took him in immediately even with everything going on they were very helpful and affordable. They listened to what I had to say, took everything into consideration, and listened to how I said he does with the vet (he gets nervous and scared). They took very good care of him.
