Brought my 21 y/o parrot in after a 24 hour illness, still waiting on labwork, staff was helpful and caring

I brought my nine year old ball python (Sam) in for blisters on the lower 1/4 of his belly. His heating pad had malfunctioned. He received excellent care and I was sent home with medications to treat him. My mind was put at ease as Dr. Casey explained that the burns weren't as bad as I thought and he has seen much worse. I was also told what to expect in the next month of healing. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.
I and my pets visited the clinic from 1983 on for about 15 years. Dr. Wetherill was the only doc when I started. He cared for my 4 dogs and several cats over the years. Also helped with getting birds into the local nursing home. He gave me a great discount on the multiple surgeries one of my dogs when needed. His staff also treated my animals so well. Even though Como is 30 mins away I have made the switch. Staff is always friendly and straightforward. We discuss treatments and review multiple options. I really appreciate the care and attention we receive. I recommend all my pet owning friends to this clinic.
I loved this place. I had to bring my kitten in twice for urgent care, which of course was very expensive, but they did as much as they could to give him the best care that I could afford. The staff was very friendly, the wait was a little long, but again, it's like going to the emergency room, and was expected. I would definitely bring Oliver back in another emergency.
If people only knew how shady the owner is, they would never take their pets here!!! Google David Wetherill. A lot of accusations. Check out his son Andy David Wetherill too.
