I brought my 2 birds here for wellness exams. The clinic is really nice, the staff were all very friendly, and Dr. Casey was wonderful with my birds! He was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot during the visit. I will definitely bring my birds back to Dr. Casey in the future.
I scheduled an appointment at 3 and I was asked to come in a few minutes early to fill out paperwork I did I was there at 2:50 I waited till 3:10 to be put in a room I was asked questions for maybe 5 minutes. Then I waited till 3:30 when she came back in and told me the dr would be in to see us soon I asked how long and she said 20 minutes the she took my dog to the back room to draw blood for testing then we sat for 10 more minutes. The staff is always so loving, caring and supportive. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.
Such kind and caring people here. They take the time to talk with you, explain everything and then ask if you have any questions and don't let you leave if you still have questions or concerns. The whole time gaining trust with your pet. Dr. Sweeney was the best along with everyone else. GREAT place and highly recommend it for not only your pet, but for you also.
