RecommendedI have been using Community America for about 10 years now, and have absolutely loved them. They offer the BEST customer service of any financial institution I have ever dealt with! Their fees are low, profit sharing is high. When the government shut down for 35 days leaving me without a paycheck, it was CACU who made it so I had groceries on my table 2 weeks in with a zero interest short term loan. 0 interest means they cared more about me than they did money. I am a customer trying to cash a personal check for my grandson. 0 zero tolerance policy for personal checks. The lady was very rude and would not let me speak with a manager. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I have been a loyal customer.
