I spent over 15 years being a proud member of this credit union, but the last few years have been a disaster after disaster. Just hope you don't have any issues with this bank because their ability to address them are severely lacking.

I have never seen a bank so ran down as the community America on Blue Ridge in Kansas City, MO. Drive-thru teller screens don’t work, ATM always has issues, not enough tellers for good customer service. When are you guys going to care enough about y’all customers in this area to update the bank like y’all have other areas like Lees Summit, MO? It’s really sad because this bank has looked like this for years!
