I have never seen a bank so ran down as the community America on Blue Ridge in Kansas City, MO. Drive-thru teller screens don’t work, ATM always has issues, not enough tellers for good customer service. When are you guys going to care enough about y’all customers in this area to update the bank like y’all have other areas like Lees Summit, MO? It’s really sad because this bank has looked like this for years!

I used to recommend CACU to everyone. But after spending an hour and a half on the phone, mostly on hold, just trying to get in touch with someone to resolve my problem, which took less than a minute to solve, I can not in good conscience recommend CACU anymore!

Racist experience at the location in Parkville, MO. Have family members who couldn’t receive service due to the color of their skin. It’s 2019, and this is still an issue for people trying to use and access their account.
