I’m not at all pleased to see that CACU is making unnecessary automated transfers between my accounts and then counting those transfers against the 6 finite transfers now allowed. Your algorithms are clearly off. I left US Bank years ago in favor of a credit union, but things seem to be heading in the same desperate, fee-driven direction.

This is the worst bank ever takes money out for no reason and screws you when you want them to admit they are wrong
Service was good in the 1980's. Since then, it has deteriorated to the point that I detest trying to talk to a real person.

This is one of the worst banks I have ever used. My wife and I have been taken advantage of and screwed over multiple times. The customer service inside a branch is good but the employees on the phone are terrible. We were totaled out on Easter Sunday and had our car note and gap insurance through CACU. Now on top of it they are trying to make us pay an extra $2000 for someone else hitting us. They drug their feet and are now trying to make us pay an extra $300 in back interest.
