Husbands normal payroll check pended over the Holiday weekend, I feel they do this often and purposely to collect overdraft fees. A payroll check direct deposit shouldn’t pend for 4 days. Ridiculous $240 in fees.
Just wanted to say that Cali at the Lees Summit location off of 291 was very helpful today and very quick in helping me get my account information so I could get a bill paid today before it was due. The staff at this location has been very helpful over the last few months in getting things taken care of for me and making this life transition much smoother.
I was a Boatmen's Bank customer many years ago, then it become Nations and eventually Bank of America. For more than 25 years this was my experience with banking. Finally I cut the strings and made my way to the credit union. All aspects of the credit union are outstanding from the personal customer service, the attitude of each and every employee, great branch facilities, mortgage lending and annual payout for having my accounts with them....just to name a few. I've been really happy with Community America. However, you make the process for signing up as a representative payee more complicated than it needs to be.
Been with them for 10 years and love them! Best bank and I can not recommend them enough! �
