When you are at your bank drive through..and you are waiting patiently for the retired lady next to you to finish chatting the receptionists ear off. I knew I had a limited time frame but I also knew this couldn’t last forever. The receptionist thanks for me my patience... makes pleasant quick conversation and sends me a tootsie pop through the tube. Good customer service is refreshing this day and age! Jared at the liberty hyvee location helped me every step of the way to get a car loan and was always kind and open to questions and always made time to help me out and I’m sure any of the other employees would have done the same you guys have me sold! I’m changing to community America thank you guys!!!!
Overall the service I get at the HyVee branch on 119th st in Olathe has been good. Dana is wonderful and loved Ashley who is now at a different branch.
I absolutely love banking here, from the high interest savings account to the ease of being able to inquire about different loans completely over the phone. I opened my first account here when I moved to the area 3.5 years ago and haven't had a single bad experience!
I have been a member over 30 years. Stayed with them even when we moved away.
