From working here to owning accounts... was THE ABSOLUTE worst banking experience of my life. I mean big banks suck but at least they know what they’re doing. I’m happy to say I finally closed all accounts here.

I had a horrible experience with them in 2013 regarding my auto loan and I will never do business with them again.

RecommendedWe made the switch to Community America when our bank decided to restructure and start charging fees for literally everything. Free checking was no longer free. I dreaded switching banks but ended up being extremely happy. Within a month of making the change, CACU was also able to offer us a better interest rate on our auto loan! My only regret is not switching to CACU sooner!

I also want to thank Dana, the branch manager for promptly answering me back this morning and rectifying the situation. Dana was apologetic, empathetic, and provided a solution.
