Came in not looking to leave with a vehicle but I did and the service was exceptional! Andrew Broadfoot worked with me and made sure I was comfortable with the price before I signed any paper work. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative. I'd also like to thank Redditre Wickliff for hearing me out and putting me with the right people, this wouldn't be possible without her! I highly recommend this location!

I am completely disgusted by the way Jeanette treated me. She acted as though she didn't have time to help me, as though I was a nuisance. This is the 2nd and absolutely last vehicle I buy from Community Toyota.
Why are you filming while driving? One can see you taking ypur eyes off the road to look at the camera. Not classy at all.
Sold us a vehicle that was Warrantied. We test drove it and loved it. At the time of delivery the floor mats were missing. Waited for days...they finally put in a dirty set that weren't for made for our vehicle. Called and they totally blew us off. The mats (that couldn't lock in since they were wrong) jammed up under the gas pedal while driving. Hard lesson learned...
Awful customer service! Sold the car out from under us and won't even have a manager call us back
Very happy with my jeep I bought from them last week. Cynthia took care of us every step of the way.
