My mother was here for two weeks post hip replacement and I was with her 24-7 -as a retired RN I observed her care carefully. Her room was lovely...kept very clean..RN staff very skilled...nights and weekends they were short handed-often had agency nurses-techs varied in skill level--PT, OT-excellent-big plus is daily visits by rehab MD and Internist...case management was disappointing-promised more than we received. My father was there for almost 4 weeks. During that time, he received great care. He was on the brain injury floor. Thankful for the special care that he received.
Was the best. Great nurses and therapists. They worked hard and very caring. Case worker was awesome as well.
I have received amazing care here! They have the best therapy and their staff is very caring and helpful. They push me to get better!
There night time staff was very rude and did not want to help my dad at all. He was recovering from major back surgery and was treated like he was in prison. He will never go back there.
