RecommendedMy mother admitted on 2C on November 7th, 2018. She was treated with respect. The staff were very attentive to her. She was always clean and well kept. I thank all the staff who were involved with her care. Great experience as a patient’s family member. CRMC is my family!! Dayna
I have been trying to get an afternoon appointment since August in one of their outpatient centers. I am sub teacher and my school district will not let me go. I have to work until my duty day ends or I do not get paid. Plus I am very hesitant to visit this particular outpatient center because the nursing staff is rude, the educator bad mouthed my doctor and said my insurance was crap. If it happens again I will cancel any and all appointments that I have with crmc.
Some staff care here - some don’t. Visiting your loved one is becoming more and more difficult after hours. Community Regional Medical Center should be ashamed of their practices to prohibit family members from seeing their moms, dads, wives or husbands who need their emotional support the most. Even after 9pm. My mom, a patient who’s been here over 3 weeks now, depends on me to see her, unfortunately some of those times are a 40 minute drive like tonight. THIS IS AN AMAZING HOSPITAL THEY SAVED MY LIFE THANK GOD FOR ALL MEDICAL ,NURSES ECT. THAT WORK HERE. I had a medical emergency this weekend and I cannot tell you how very impressed I am with all of you. The professional skill level, bed side manor, etc. was above others in town. Very impressed and proud! Thank you all for your service!!! Six Stars!!!
They don't listen to their patients at all
If i could, I’d give them a 0!! My dad was treated like a dog here! Never in my life would I think a hospital would treat someone so bad as they did! They refused to give my father a blanket and the nurses do not give a rats ass about their patients or anyone else for that matter. For 7 hours straight they refused to answer any questions we had or give any updates for my father that was being seen in the emergency room.
