Do not go to the ER. 5 1/2 hours, coughing so hard I cannot breath. The guys said it could take up to 12 hours to have a physician see you after the labs, stays, etc. I have never walked out before, but I left because I was getting worse as I sat there waiting. Still can barely stand up to get in car. Disgustingly filthy, no paper towels in women's room where you pre in a cup in a stall. Truly a sad way to take care of the sick.
Had my endoscopy done there..they were professional and helpful. highly recommend CRMC

My father has been in the hospital on ICU 4 North. The doctors and staff are all so amazing. The staff made us feel so welcoming. The social worker Luis helped my mom get a room a Terry's house which was such a blessing because we live almost two hours away. The staff have been checking on my mom as well making sure she eats and is getting rest. They keep us updated on every little step of my dad's recovery. I am in the hospital as I'm writing this review. I been here for 16+ hours, the E.R. needs to be re-vamp, it's not organized, and alot of staff ask patients if they recieved meds! You shouldn't ask a patient you should know because it should be documented. I had a Doctor with 5 resident doctors Practice taking an uncharted ultrasound on me while in pain. 30min later another doctor tells me he going to take an ultrasound I explained that I had one with another doctor and 5 interns.He said oh the didn't chart it!
