This team is amazing! Caring, attentive, knowledgeable and client-centred care is at the heart of what they do. I had workers from Community Plus for 2 weeks after I recovered from surgery. They helped me with showering and dressing and some meal preparation. All the women arrived on time. They are well trained and confident in their work which made me feel comfortable in having them care for me. As well, all the women that I had giving me care had pleasant personalities. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with this agency. Unfortunately, the standard of care provided was far below what we expected or needed for our loved one. From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails often went unanswered or were returned late. Scheduling was inconsistent, and we frequently had last-minute cancellations without any backup carers provided, which left us scrambling to find help. The carers who did show up were hit or miss. My mom had 2 care workers from Community Plus and they were both really great. My mom loved her time with them. They always went above and beyond to care for her. As a daughter I knew the days her care workers were with her that I didn't have to worry about anything. A plus I would recommend Community Plus to others as needed.

I worked for this company up until recently (moved provinces) as a caregiver. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who wants to be part of a team that is HIGHLY CONSIDERATE, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, & HIGHLY COMPASSIONATE!!
