Our family is very thankful for the staff of CommunityPlus homecare. From the office co-ordinators to the wonderful caregivers who come to assist our dad, everyone has been attentive, thorough and very kind. Dad enjoys his time with his CommunityPlus caregivers and they make sure all steps on the care plan are followed and that everything he needs is taken care of. CommunityPlus? I am totally in awe with the care that has been provided to my sister. I can feel the genuine empathy that these caregivers have for their clients. Having access to the daily notes has been an immense relief for me, as I can truly follow what has happened that day and how my sister is feeling. Bravo to each and every caregiver that has been assigned to this client. (Co-ordinators also deserve a kudo for tirelessly maintaining ever-changing schedules.)

This team is amazing! Caring, attentive, knowledgeable and client-centred care is at the heart of what they do. Over the years, team members have gone above-and-beyond to support my elderly parents with physical mobility supports. I had workers from Community Plus for 2 weeks after I recovered from surgery. They helped me with showering and dressing and some meal preparation. All the women arrived on time. They are well trained and confident in their work which made me feel comfortable in having them care for me. As well, all the women that I had giving me care had pleasant personalities.
