I had workers from Community Plus for 2 weeks after I recovered from surgery. They helped me with showering and dressing and some meal preparation. All the women arrived on time. They are well trained and confident in their work which made me feel comfortable in having them care for me. As well, all the women that I had giving me care had pleasant personalities. This team is amazing! Caring, attentive, knowledgeable and client-centred care is at the heart of what they do. Over the years, team members have gone above-and-beyond to support my elderly parents with physical mobility supports. I know I can rely on Community Plus Care to help me coordinate escort/driving to regular scheduled activities, emergency and new appointments. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with this agency. Unfortunately, the standard of care provided was far below what we expected or needed for our loved one. From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails often went unanswered or were returned late. I worked for this company up until recently (moved provinces) as a caregiver. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who wants to be part of a team that is HIGHLY CONSIDERATE, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, & HIGHLY COMPASSIONATE!!
