Sheriff and other important people recomended SpringVale on Wabash for mental crisis situations such as assistance with meds and establish a provider... and they didnt come to the door after ringing it twice and waiting and waiting 6 suvs in parking a silver encore by back door and nobody ever came to help.
They switched my therapist every other month because no one would stay and I had the hardest time filling any medication through them. The therapists I had made me feel like they were too overwhelmed all of the time to deal with my session. Not impressed with this office at all.
My appointments at Springvale were some of the most unprofessional meetings I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I now drive to Akron to see my previous provider, because Springvale is incompetent and unfriendly.
Horrible experience w krista.bad person thats fake. Needs replaced asap. The dentist and assistant for Bucher kept threatening us not to make doc mad.y cuz a kid is curious?absolutely disappointed in there councler. Need someone there thats actually gonna help people. Not mess there lives up.especially when there breaking there oath of keeping medical records private.may need to look into her
Steve Cekanski is one of the finest supportive counselors one could ask for; the entire staff at the New Phila office are caring & wonderful cheerful & most helpful!!!
