The staff here are great. Always kind, helpful, and caring. Can't express enough on how grateful my family and I are.
It is so different being on the other end of things. Being the patient as opposed to the therapist. Everyone treated me and my husband well. The only little glitch was the update after surgery was not done in a timely manner. Recover room staff and 4th floor staff were simply fantastic.
Apparently when They say be here at 2:45 .. It means we will make you wait 45 minutes in the waiting room till we call you name. Not a soul in the waiting room
Dr Timm and Nurse Mary and team were very accommodating, thorough, and genuine. They cared and did a wondeful job. My mother even said if she needed a procedure she would go there for the operation. I also feel much better and it's been less than 24 hours! Keep up the great work!
I can't be more happy with the care my 95 year old mother had! Heidi her nurse was the most caring and understanding nurse! The entire staff was awesome👍
A 5 really is not high enough... I was a patient over the last few days starting Dec 5th. I had what they call PAO surgery. Basically they preserve what is left of the hip. From my first appointment with Dr. Schwab to my surgery and recovery on the 4th floor I have nothing but great things to say. It is not often that you have a team of employees that you can tell just genuinely love their jobs and their patients. Had hand surgery at Community Memorial Hospital this week, excellent service from all the staff, including my doctor! Friendly, easy to talk to, even joked around a bit and of course answered all my questions. A+
I want to give a shout out too all the nursing staff on the 2nd floor! They have gone above and beyond my greatest expectations when taking care of my grandmother! Amy, Joelle, Jennifer, Joe, Tina and so many other I cannot remember! The night shift!!! You guys rock and I couldn't ask for a better staff to take care of my grandmother Audrey !!!
