I just got home from Community Memorial Hospital. The doctors there were excellent and checked up on me multiple times. The nurses and nursing assistants rocked. They made sure that I was comfortable and healing. I will choose to go back here again for any surgery. Their staff was outstanding in ability and demeanor. They clearly enjoy their job and their patients and it showed.

Probably have spent more time there then most should. 3 children born there, all with injuries as they grew up, My first remembrance of being there 1976, before children were even allowed in the rooms

I wouldnt take my dog to this hospital of he got sick....worst experiences ever!! No communication between nurses, no compassion, and no clue!!!

Admit you and make you wait 8 hours for pain meds or even tell you why you've been admitted..just want your money

I have been admitted at least four or five times in the past five years, I'm a regular since none of these Genis' cannot find out what's wrong with me til this day, The beds are totally uncomfortable, the staff is rude from the ER to the floor, the food stinks, they take forever to discharge you, and no one ever knows anything, including the doctor's.

I am a patient of numerous doctors at Froedtert. I am also on a transplant list. I have been to other hospitals in the last year. I would recommend Froedtert over and over again. My recent stay of 5 days was two weeks ago and I received the highest quality of care. The nurses, tech's, CNA's etc. are the best in the state. The areas I need to visit are clean and sanitary. The doctors gave me a feeling of openness and professionalism.

Currently my sister was admitted to the hospital. The communication between the staff was horrible. They ordered the same test twice and a dr. Would cancel it then order it again. One nurse was very mean and was rude to the family members in the room and my sister. This was surprising. I am very disgusted in the lack of compation and service. My mom was a patient in your hospital from 4/20-4/22. I am on oxygen and therefore had limited time that I could stay to visit. One day when I came to visit she was gone for a test. I asked if they knew how long she'd be gone and they didn't. I asked if someone could please call and ask since I needed to know due to the oxygen and they refused.
