I didn't have a good experience in the ER at all, the tech at the window was concerned because I had a high fever and heart rate but the nurses were not...I ended up sitting back down in the waiting area for another 25 min while my fever and heart rate got worse.... I ended being admitted to the 5th surgical floor and the nurses and staff are a lot more attentive, caring and professional then the ER dept.
Excellent customer care. The fourth floor nurses, assistants, and therapy specialists were the best. I was fortunate enough to meet Rhoda the Therapy Dog after my surgery.
After being at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls last night with my son, I had to spread the good news about their staff and professionalism. He went straight in and was cared for by Kaitlyn and Cody. A big thank you to Dr. Shepard for the thorough evaluation. What a warm and welcoming environment! Thank you again!
I was in the ER tonight and I am so impressed by the staff that was there! I have never had such a comfortable and positive experience there before tonight. The doctor was fantastic and did not belittle me in any way. The nurses were so great too! I got the help I needed and literally left there happy. I say Thank you to the amazing staff for making me feel important and valued as a person & patient!!
Doctors and nurses was very attentive to the needs of my sister, and to the family.
Just spent the evening in the ER with my 3 year old to get a few staples. All the staff was excellent at taking care of us. Really was a wonderful experience for the unfortunate situation it was. From the time we got there to the time we left, everything went so smooth. Thank you to the to all involved for taking great care of us! We really appreciate it!

I like the way the team of nurses took care of my daughter after her surgery. And during the five the she was the treated us great.
Great hospital, very hard to get around. New clinic valet rude.
