Each time we have gone, it has gotten progressively worse. I give kudos to Dr. Al.., the physical therapy dept., Dusti CNA, Kris, Sherry, Megan nurse, along with others I have named as providing good care. There are, however, issues that need to be addressed in my filed complaint. They saved my life. And made us as comfortable as possible after loosing our daughter to Hellp syndrome , cannot say enough about the drs and nurses!
Complained of abdominal pain and sharp pain to shoulder and chest and a painful boil. Dr. Reid had me in the room for 3 hours only to send me home with cream for the boil. I told the nurse she needs to do a CT scan to see why I having so much pain, the idiot doctor gone say if she needs test, her primary doctor can order them. Frodert must recruit their doctors from Milwaukee Area Technical College. I will never patronize this place again and I should protest their asses. Was in the ER last night with my mom around 10 pm. The check in lady was rude as ever. Asked my mom why didn’t she go in the walk in clinic? I would never return here. Rude as ever.
Amazing staff!!!! We had our baby delivered here and the nurses were professional, knowledgeable and caring. Nothing but good things to say (I'm very picky).
