They’re the only hospital in town now allowing a support person with you in labor and delivery if you test positive for COVID. Not okay. St Agnes and Kaiser allow you to have one other person to support you during that time. They need to change this policy or more and more women will decline the test when they are admitted.
Last night 6.26.20 I had arrived by ambulance to this Hospital and i was having a severe panic attack and i was upset because the Emt was very rude to me so as i stepped out of the ambulance i was asked to sit in a chair outside the hospital door when a lady name tracey who has a small tattoo on her wrist comes up to me and gets eye level to me and puts her finger in my face and told me to shut up over and over and when i would try and talk to her and tell her how my body dont feel right she kept saying shut up to me then sh... read more

My mother recently passed as a patient in the ICU and the care and attention she received was excellent. And in addition to the professionalism of the staff, their compassion and willingness to go the extra mile for our family was superb. I was there yesterday morning, 6-10-2020 in the ER and it was the best staff I have ever seen. Even with handling Pandemic situations they were fearless and when I asked, the response “we are just doing our jobs”. Great Team.

I want to give a shout out to the sweet, compassionate and dedicated nurses at Clovis Community Hospital ER!! Yvette was sick and I had to take her there ( she is going to be just fine praise God) and we were treated with such kindness and love. They were wearing PPE and quite busy. I was impressed with how smoothly they were running everything and i thanked them for being on the frontlines for all of us💝 They are most open to treats delivered to them from bakeries or restaurants.
