My dad arrived on ambulance at 3pm yesterday and hasn't seen a doctor yet and it's 11am the next day now... Ridiculous! So much for being the best hospital in town!
Went to the ER with may dad. No more than five minutes we were in triage then off to ekg then into a room. No messing around with those that could be within minutes of checking out. Cudos to the ER staff on Thursday October 6. Now our 911 system needs some help. Called put on hold stating everyone was busy... seemed like forever....gave up and drove him myself.
I went to outpatient surgery. The nurses and anesthesiologist were so sweet and attentive. Somehow they knew I was getting nauseous before I knew myself. The whole staff was very nice.
Im live in Bakersfield came to Clovis for a job hurt my knee and got an infection came here with no insurance they took care of that helped me with my paperwork etc. Every nurse every doctor, transporter, custodian and staff from nutritionists has been top notch ive been here 13 days and they all have made my stay more than comfortable all have been friendly have engaged with many in small chit chat and friendly conversation.......special thanks to Dr. Richardson......and I love the menu! The employees are the best. So considerate and attentive. And the salad in the cafeteria was the best and they don't weigh it like some other hospitals I won't mention
Being spoiled here in Clovis won't ever go back to the other hospital ever again. I am so happy I came here and got taken cate of.

Everyone was nice and professional. Bedding needs to be free of stains especially in the surgical wings
