Why would my father be told to arrive at 6:30 am for a procedure no one is here to do until 7:30? Why couldn't they have told him to arrive at 7:15. The hubris it takes to tell people to arrive one hour early to protect against late comers is ridiculous especially at this hour of the morning.
I understand waiting anywhere from 5 to maybe 8 hours to be seen but 17 hours and counting!! Since 6am the next morning being told you are next and others are going to the back b4 you...no beano! My mom is 62 years old she came in for chest pain they took her in back to take some test but come on call her in back give results and let her go home!!! My mother had gastric bypass surgery years ago at C.C.H. and in the process the surgeon ruptured her bowel. This went undiagnosed for several day's despite her several complaints to the staff and surgeon. It was not until i demanded her to go to said E.R. and have attending physician see her. Shortly after arriving she was rushed into emergency surgery to repair her bowel. My treatments in Ambulatory Infusion Center at Clovis Community Medical are always professional, pleasant, stress free, relaxing, and the staff show so much compassion for their patients. I am blessed to have great nurses to care for me. Kudos Clovis Ambulatory Infusion Center.
My wife called ahead and ask if I could sit in the car. They said yes once I checked in. I walked to the counter and was in a room within 15 minutes.
Evey time I visit they show love! I feel like the value the visitors, patients and staff. They have awesome bedside manner and get ppl skills. I love my experience.
