Loved the experience there. Great staff! Definitely having my second child there again!
Boyfriend came in with 2 clearly broken ankles, sat for 5 hours (and counting) with no help, medication, ice, etc. Calling this place an Emergency Room is a joke, I haven't seen a single person here treated like they had an emergency.
Came in around 11 pm on Thursday (4/21) and it's almost 5 am on friday (4/22) still in the waiting room waiting to hear from the dr. Had vitals taken for the second time now, as well as only going into triage around midnight between Thursday and friday. Asked how many people where ahead of me and was told 10 asked again then was told 18 and that I was put into a different group so that's why so many people where ahead. A true gem in our community after being on site for 15hrs, i kept saying since i had to do this, i certainly can't think of a better place to be. From the front door receptionist, staff, dr, waiting room, cafeteria, out side restorative spots, ending with private room and attentive RNs. Thank you community hospital.
The ER is so understaffed . The Nurses there are great . The ER MD was too busy and did not listen to what the patient said.
ED is totally disorganized, sloppy and ignores their patients. If it wasn't for me able to go find help for my husband and force them to get on the ball and off their phones, he would have laid there ignored for who knows how long. The room they put him in was freezing and I had to ask for blankets for him. It took four blankets to stop him from shivering. I was there for 6 days and although I would have rather been home but my experience there was great!! The staff was wonderful!! The foo was good! It was great! Love, Love, Love this hospital!!!
