RecommendedGraham Hall is got to be the best surgeon. He did back surgery on L5-S1 in July of last year and 10 days later I was on a plane to Vegas to play pool. He did a great job. This year in July he did surgery on L4 and once again he did a great job. Not only is he a great surgeon he is also a real kind and caring man. I would highly recommend him. Avoid this place! They are out to deceive! I went here for some tests. Applied for financial assistance with my bill. A nice person at the hospital even looked over all my documents and made sure I had everything before they faxed them over. I didn't hear anything for a couple months so I called the billing department and spoke to someone named Ruth. She claimed they didn't receive my application for assistance at all! RecommendedI just want to give a big shout out to community east hospital. I had surgery on the 8th. The team there are some of the most caring and nicest people I’ve ever met. I was scared and nervous to have the surgery but they put me at ease with everything. From the nurses who did my prep, the pain management doctor, the recovery staff and the team on the 3rd floor. I arrived at the hospital on august 3rd, and the night nurses were amazing but the day nurses were not, they acted like I was not of importance, they hardly even checked on me unless I called them for my pain medicine only to wait another 40 minutes before it would be given to me, I had my baby there 3 months prior and the experience was amazing so when I was having gallbladder problems that's the place I felt comfortable to go. only to have a bad experience.
