My sister in law had surgery and had to stay the night. From the time we got there to the time we took her home everyone was so helpful. The staff was great. They answered all questions, when my SIL needed her nurse she was there immediately. Thank you all so much.
The nurses and doctors wore very kand and professional. Community North Hospital will be my first choice Hospital for my medical care. Including the cleaning staff.
If you have a complaint with the ER or a pushy charge nurse that is so far past rude it's not even believable don't bother complaining. The form letter you get from the Patient Satisfaction people basically states we did a full investigation and the care you received was "appropriate" for the ER. I won't go into the "appropriate" care at this point but suffice to say it was not a good experience and we will never step foot in Community North unless we are comatose and an ambulance takes us there
I could not have wished for a better labor and delivery experience. The doctor and nurses were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, curtious, caring, and friendly. I am so blessed to have had the care team I did. My baby girl and I recieved top of the line care. Thank you!
The staff was amazing want to thank nurse Casey and Kera for taking such excellent care of my sister and Dr Karen West for a wonderful delivery of my new niece! Great experience!
