I first I want to thank My DR. M. CHANG let's both pray, "No more for a good while." I want to thank the surgical team he used & recovery staff. A huge Thank you to all of you. I know my anxiety was high so I really wasn't the most pleasant patient in the world. But you all were AWESOME!!!!! My wife was a patient there in January. They had no beds so she was forced to stay on a cart in their dirty dressing messed floors for three days mind you. She had no bathroom nor even a sink in her room that worked. I asked “Terry patient advocate,” for a bill reduction? She said, “ I spoke with the hospital CFO he said absolutely not.” What a ghetto hell hole. I wouldn’t climb back there half dead. Fortunately I don’t have to. Rude staff especially in the outpatient cardiac department. One person tells you one thing and the next one does another. If I had a choice I would never bring my patients to any hospital in this system.
I had major surgery (hysterectomy) and was literally pushed out of hospital 2.5 hours after surgery. I was not provided care that any patient deserves. I was told prior to surgery that I would be there until 4 or 5pm because my concern was the surgery out patient. I was told to take tylenol when I got home. Unbelievable.
The staff are amazing, I've been accommodated to all my needs and treated with alot of love and respect. The hospital is very clean and professional.
Tonight’s Staff from the Dr., Nurse and security was very rude and disrespectful... I can’t wait to contact HR tomorrow morning!!!!
My daughter was in the NICU at Community they were absolutely amazing! The nurses and Drs were so nice and treated my daughter wonderfully!!!
