Rudest set of triage nurses and reception crew I’ve ever dealt with. Last time I EVER come here. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy. 0/5 waiting well over 3 hours for someone who had brain surgery couple months back and could have swelling!? Worst experience ever. Won’t be bringing my uncle back here.
I had surgery on 7/6 and received my bill in august. No biggie. I pay $75 a month, never missed a payment, actually some months i pay twice just to stay ahead of the game and i receive a notice saying they’re sending me to collections... for paying my bill. They WANT $300 a month. My car payment has never been over $300 and you want that? Now I’m being harassed 3x a week by phone saying i need to pay more. was transported from another hospital. Arrived on Thanksgiving morning for a brain aneurysm and spending 14 days in icu. Staff has been so amazing and kind.

We are in a pandemic and unfortunately the doctor and nurses a d hospital staff who have been working very hard are forgetting their bedside manner. Patients are scared so are medical staff. But being that the public is coming to you for help they shouldn't be judged and ridiculed. I think many of the medical staff needs a refresher in how to treat patients.
I was on the Neurological floor because my PCP said I might have had a stroke. The nurses were not very empathetic to my needs. I'm hard of hearing and I taught myself to read lips so I can "read" what I hear. Since everyone wore a mask, I wasn't able to do that. I had trouble getting my thoughts into words and to my mouth. They would get frustrated with me; and I with them because they kept interrupting me. Nothing worse to a patient who has trouble communicating. I will NEVER go to Community again!!!
absolutely the best labor and delivery unit, best experiences having children here!!
So glad our post op nurse has a Facebook degree in virology and knows that the pandemic “will be over in November“. How much actual science do nurses learn in school?
