My mother, Margaret Torres, passed away on 11/11/14. Community Hospice helped her and us maneuver during the final two weeks of her life. They made sure that we had everything we needed to make her comfortable at home. Since her passing, they have not forgotten about the family left behind and we are so appreciative of them all.
