This place is a joke. I actually feel horrible for all the patients I have referred in the past. Never again. I sure as hell won't be donating to their store or monetary donations anymore either. What an eye opener for myself and my entire family. Definitely not what we learned hospice was during nursing school and is very different than companies I've worked for doing Home Health that also had division of Hospice. Those places cared. My experience with them couldn't have been better. The compassion, understanding, and hand extended was genuine. You can feel the sincerity from the moment you arrive. It's been awhile since I asked for their help but I am forever grateful. Thank you!!
this place should not be used. the are not compassionate. we only used this company because we were referred by Lucille Packard children's hospital. we were under the impression that our loved one will be on Palliative care along with hospice. this was not true. our baby passed on 12 /01/19 @ 619 pm . because they signed her up for hospice no hospital would help her. that's not what Palliative care is about. don't use this service. I pray no other family has to endure being treated in this way.
