I just bought a 2017 Ford Mustang on 5FEB2018. I’ve wanted a Mustang since I was little. The shopping experience was the best I’ve ever had. My salesman is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Wow! I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience. Everyone was extremely professional, and nice! The waiting room is awesome, they have iPads for customers to use, a huge tv, coffee etc. It’s an A+ lounge! And let’s not forget about the awesome playroom. (Which was clean!) Thank you for making my morning a breeze!
Bloomington Ford was very patient with me while helping me find a vehicle that I like. Nate Wickersham was my salesman and I highly recommend others to use him per request. He made the process of getting a new vehicle very easy and he made sure everything he did was to accommodate me.
Had a great experience. I bought my car from the dealership down the road. They sold me the car knowing it had a fuel leak then when I took it in to get it fixed they wanted to make me pay 4000$ for it. My car so happened to have a recall and they didn't think to look it up. When we told the that it had a recall they said they didn't have access to fords recall list.
