Had a great experience today and walked out with an awesome Sonata. The team was very friendly and made us feel like they wanted to sell us a car not because they wanted the sale but because they wanted us to be happy in a nice car. I appreciate the fact that it was fun and not frustrating. Will definitely recommend to anyone!
Been to the service department 4 times before they got the right part. Next issue noisy brakes that they installed when we bought a few months back. Charged $100 diagnostic fee and still noisy. Mentioned the fuel fill cap light and service engine soon light and they want to charge another $100 to look at those. I have wasted so much time. They owe me that $100. Won't be buying anymore cars at Bloomington Ford!
I can't say enough great things about Bloomington Ford! Randy Phelix and Stephanie Hess went above and beyond for me to make sure I got my Jeep. Top notch operation that really cares about their customers! I'd give 10 stars if I could!
If I could give a 0 to Bloomington Ford I would. After the tent sale a few years ago, one of the sales guys showed up at my house to still try to sell us a vehicle. I was at home alone. Since then, I have never wanted to go back to the tent sale or Bloomington Ford.
2008 f350 king ranch with factory warranty plus an extra warranty, had fuel pump failure that was covered under both warranties.... Not.....cost me $8200.00 Bloom Ford did not even turn it in to the warranty company.????? I paid about $60,000 for the truck
