Great experience! We dealt with Paul, and he was super friendly. We had an easy, no hassle experience buying from Ford. Excellent pricing for our Ford Escape. We drove south from Muncie, and we would definitely do that again if need be. Plus, they let us bring our dogs with us, since we were traveling, and gave them water too! Thanks again!

I took my vehicle into trade ,they gave me a very low ball offer.When they had 2 more on their lot that we're older than mine and we're asking 3x the money they offered me for mine. I went to another Ford dealership where they gave me double of what Bloomington Ford offered me.

Answered all of my questions professionally and if he didn't know the answer, he responded quickly to my text with the answer. Definitely recommend working with this team.
