Woman who answers for service would not give us an appointment to fix a recall on our Ford F-150. Parts are back ordered, still asked her to order the part and call us when it comes in and she wouldn’t do it. NEVER been denied a fix for a recall. Not sure if this is the dealerships policy or just the person’s lack of work ethic but we won’t go back here.

Great service with Scott Bell!!! The frost time we went they were closed so we just looked around and then called to tell them what we were interested in. We let them know When we were coming back and they had two ready for us to test drive when we arrived! We drove a third one and that was our truck! Scott was super patient with us during a very hot day and even having to wear mask now.
Just traded in my F350 yesterday, all while my truck was being serviced. I’d been looking in a 200 mile radius for some relatively good deals on F250s and F150s. And I literally searched for hours! Come to find out, without knowing, the 3.5 ecoboost has a certain package where you can get some massive towing outcome that outplays the standard v8 and not too far off from an F250. Everything about our purchase was excellent. Sales staff were very helpful and friendly and no ‘pushing’ for the sale or add ons. Just a very smooth transaction. The Expedition was detailed and prepped perfectly and the sales staff even parked it in the shade before we picked it up. Probably the best car purchasing experience in my 65 years. No white loafers or plaid pants in sight either! Thank you!!!
