RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience the other night. Dr. Cheng was absolutely wonderful, very patient and explanatory. Never seemed rushed. Very on point! I very much appreciated his direct and concerned approach. He made my husband feel quite at ease. Rosalie was his nurse and she was very sweet and attentive! Very pleasant experience from check in to check out! Top notch facility! Thank you Christy Walker for sending me that way!
Community was awesome with my son! He burned his fingers after touching the BBQ, and even though I was confident it was a minor, we took a trip up anyways. The RN and Doctor were waiting for us and quickly checked him out. Although his injury wasn’t ‘urgent’ they still treated us with respect and attention. After he was bandaged up they gave him a new toy to take home! Major bonus points for patient satisfaction! 100% recommend!

Just about everything and everyone was awesome except the actual doctor. Clean facility, complimentary snacks (nice when you’re going to be there a bit), much cheaper than a different free-standing ER in town, welcoming staff. As soon as I said my kiddo fell, the dr seemed to tune out and pre-diagnose her injury, ordered arm x Ray, etc. My toddler was even pointing at/pulling at her collar bone... I have had horrible ER experiences in the past and usually don't got to the ER for a migraine, but I had a bad one a couple weeks back. I We decided to give them a try. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the front to the back. I was in a room in less than 5 minutes. The nurse was nice and very helpful, she did everything she could to make me comfortable.
