I was seen, with zero wait time, had a flu test and the nurse Rossalee, tech Frank, and Dr Cheng were very professional and attentive. This center is a great addition to our city! Was headed to deer park family medical at 1 pm but they had no openings till 530 pm. I passed by and there sign said they were open so I dropped in. They were friendly and seen me within 15 minutes. I was diagnosed and had my script for prescriptions after another 15 minutes and they said they would bill insurance and let me know the balance. It was quick and easy.

I went in today because I couldn’t get an appointment with my PCP until next week. I was not in an emergency situation but the staff made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. They are very kind and professional.

Everyone there was so friendly and professional..I love that the E R is so close to my house.. I loved the way the Dr explain everything to me ..Thanks again everyone for taking good care of me..
The staff was extremely friendly from the front desk to the back. They saw my daughter immediately. They’re very accommodating and even have snacks for those waiting in the waiting area. The ER is actually very well decorated and pretty and doesn’t remind you of an ER at all. It was very clean and they had the latest technology. Would go there again and refer anyone to Community Health 1st.
