RecommendedFirst class is the best way to describe our experience on a Friday night. My 9 year old hurt his ankle playing basketball. The nurses and Dr’s we so kind and friendly to him, explained everything step by step and assured us he would be okay. Thankful it wasn’t broken, just a very bad sprain and we were on our way home within an hour. The facility is top notch, exceptionally clean and I did not feel nervous at all going to an ER hospital during a national pandemic.
My family will be forever grateful for all the staff at this facility that took care of my mom yesterday after she had a stroke. From the lady at the front desk to the nurses, doctor and other health professionals we were treated like family. Even a gentleman named Randy was kind enough to get a snack for me. Then, this morning’s call from Dr. Gonzalez inquiring about my mom’s well-being exceeded my expectations. The staff and the facility is amazing. The rooms are comfortable almost like being at home. The waiting room is clean and also very comfortable, even though I wasn't there long. The staff is so helpful and you can tell they actually care about their patients and the patients family. I seriously would recommend coming here. It was much better than going to the ER at a hospital and possibly waiting forever. I hope I never have to come back but for sure would if I ever needed to. I would highly recommend them for sure.
Have taken my baby there last February and my self beginning of January and have never had a more pleasurable Er experience.. They do take care of you. Live on the east side of house and will drive the distance for personalized care..!

I have never been more impressed with a healthcare facility. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, from the front desk to the back. The staff was so amazing when comforting my child, especially Waldo. We will be using them for all future ER visits.

Amazing service! Everyone was so nice. I brought my 1 year old here for a head injury (goose egg) and they did a great job treating him. The nurse even sang the baby shark song for him while taking vitals lol The injury wasn’t severe, thank God, so we were in and out pretty quick. The snacks were a great bonus for my 3 year old that had to tag along 👍🏻
