screwed up my filling 4 yrs ago. my new dentist was appalled at how bad it is. I now have to pay over 3k for a root canal!!

The lady at the front desk was very rude and just assumes things, I have always brought my sisters here and today the receptionist just assumed that I wasn’t a legal guardian and refused to see the kids and on top of that was telling me it was July 13th when today is actually July 31st. I am not impressed with the way I was talked to today. I will not recommend them to anyone after today.
I only went here once but I did not have a good experience with them. The employees were not very friendly and they seem to be very understaffed on the front end. I had to come back a separate time for a cleaning and couldn't schedule it at the time because they had to check something with my insurance first. Then I could never get anyone to call me back. Well, I just had to drive over to Community Dental to cancel my appointment for next. Why did I drive over? Because over the past four days I left 10 voice messages on their phone system asking to speak to someone. Never had a call back, � This is frustrating and scary. I got to thinking, what if I were having real problems, in pain, lost a crown, whatever, nobody ever answers the phone or calls back.
