Absolutely disgusting facility! I was the first one to walk in to this place when the doors opened, the floors are still covered with mud/salt from the day before. There is dried blood in the bathroom sink(I was the first one to go on the bathroom) dried pee all over the seat and the trash is overflowing!! During a Covid Pandemic this place should be clean!!!!! Even if not during a pandemic this should not look this way!!! I am so discussed!!!!!
RecommendedI recommend for the Dental staff Only. The receptionists complain everyone I am here. They talk about patients and children. They are discussing a child by name as I wrote this. They are short with people on the phone and sigh when you ask them questions. HOWEVER, I like the behind doors dental staff.. they are kind and caring towards my child and do a great job. So that’s why I come. 🤷🏼♀️

I genuinely used to like Community Dental in Biddeford. Until I undoubtedly had the worst dental experience of my life. I went in for a root canal, I was in agonizing pain (or so I thought) before the root canal. I was assured by the dentist that I would leave pain free, even if they had to finish my root canal in two appointments. No such luck for me. Sitting at Biddeford Community Dental. Listening to the receptionists talk about patients CHILDREN and how they are neglecting their children, because they take them to the dentist's, BECAUSE their kids teeth are in bad condition. I refuse to take my children here. I'm glad they go somewhere else! I cannot wait to find out who to report this woman to!! The staff is horrible and well undertrained. Nearly every visit I've walked out with more issues than I arrived with. They've wasted my time by changing appointments without informing me. I haven't been here in years for many reason but out of desperation I called this morning and there's NO ONE answering phone calls. Needless to say, I'm one very unhappy pregnant woman with an abscess tooth. 🖕
This is the worst place anyone could go! sitting here waiting to get seens 8AM and they are all just sitting in the office talking about their personal lives. and not one person can come and do there job.
