Very poor online experience. Online inquiry only generates an offer to set an appointment, they don't answer your questions. The chat feature is with an off-site chat service, with no knowledge of the inventory. After eventually calling the dealer direct, and being hung up on by Roger, we drove 2.5 hours to find a filthy vehicle with a significant amount of body dings, excessive wear in and out.

this is only about the service shop. They dont know what an appointment means at all. Don't even bother to make a service appointment they wont keep it. I made an appt for Sat. they cancelled it on Friday, I asked if I could go on that Friday they said they guess. Bad sign right there. I get there and because of a recall on an air bag clamp they told me they wouldnt be able to work on it at all that day or the following day. My 1st lease experience 2 years ago was wonderful. Which is why I was happy to return and work with such a great staff at Burbank Community Chevrolet. My friend “Lease Manager” Oscar Lenares who was absolutely patient and highly professional and knowledgeable. A respectful, professional atmosphere. The White Honda was there waiting for us to see and test drive. Had to wait for the contract person, had a very delicious lunch while waiting for her. Great selection of new and used cars.
Worked with a really nice sales person Brian. Negotiated a price and payment and went in to sign docs for the new car. The finance guy never introduced himself, offer his hand was not very welcoming at all. We finally get to the contract and the payment is not what we agreed too, and they want $2500 more down to go along with the higher payment.
